Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in sales within freight forwarding.
• Strong knowledge of Contract Logistics, Ocean Freight, Air Freight and Warehousing.
• Track record of driving revenue and profit growth.
• Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales activities to achieve revenue and gross profit targets.
• Identify, prospect, and secure new customers within the assigned territory.
• Grow and retain existing accounts through proactive account management.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and keep CRM records updated.
• Participate in regular sales reviews, forecasting, and pipeline discussions.
• Understand customer logistics requirements and propose air/ocean/land transport and warehousing solutions.
• Manage RFQs, pricing requests, and commercial discussions with support from pricing and operations teams.
• Ensure compliance with pricing, margin, and credit guidelines.
• Work closely with Operations, Customer Service, Pricing, and Finance to support onboarding and resolve issues.
• Build strong relationships with key customer decision-makers and provide market and competitor feedback to the Head of Sales.
