Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Construction Management, Engineering, Logistics or related field.
• Relevant experience in business development, sales or related industries.
• Good understanding of Singapore's construction/commercial environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies to grow revenue.
• Identify opportunities in building construction, upgrading, renovation, engineering and logistics sectors.
• Source projects, subcontracting opportunities and commercial contracts.
• Build relationships with contractors, developers, owners, consultants and industry groups.
• Attend client meetings, site discussions and project negotiations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and tender submissions with operations teams.
