The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Freight Forwarding Hunter Sales professional in Singapore.

You will drive new business, build a robust sales pipeline, and coordinate with carriers and logistics partners to grow revenue. This role plays a key part in expanding market share and achieving financial growth for the company. Candidates should have 2-3 years of hunter sales or business development experience in freight forwarding, with a proven network among carriers and trucking

Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 years of hunter sales / business development experience in freight forwarding industry.
Proven track record and networking with carriers, co-leaders and trucking companies.

Responsibilities

Improve company’s market position and achieve financial growth.
Meet and exceed objectives through development of new businesses, coordination of shipments and existing penetration.
Identify target customers, initiate sales calls, pursue them and convert them into clients.
Coordinate with Finance and Indoor Sales on payment issues and follow up with clients.
Build and maintain a pipeline of business.
Work with team to meet KPIs and contribute to profitability.
Prepare sales planning and forecasting activities.
Source rates from carriers, hauliers, offices and worldwide agents.
Interact with subcontractors like carriers and trucking companies; maintain cross-team collaboration.
