Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Business or related field.
- 3–4 years hunting sales and business development in Freight Forwarding/Logistics/Shipping.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding hunting sales targets.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Excellent follow-up and negotiation abilities.
- Self-driven, motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities locally.
- Implement strategic plans to meet revenue targets and explore markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and provide logistics solutions.
- Maintain close contact with customers to build rapport and market intelligence.
- Prepare competitive quotations and proposals.
- Submit weekly and monthly sales reports to the Manager.
- Achieve individual sales targets and exceed KPIs.
- Provide support to Operations when required.
