Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Business or related field.
- 3–4 years of hunting sales experience in Freight Forwarding/Logistic/Shipping.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in hunting roles.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Excellent follow-up and negotiation abilities.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities locally.
- Implement strategic plans to meet revenue targets and explore new markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and tailor logistics solutions.
- Maintain regular contact to build rapport and gain market intelligence.
- Prepare competitive quotations and proposals and submit reports to the Manager.
