• Assist in preparing freight quotations and support rate negotiations.

Job description

• Serve as the main liaison for customers on freight-related inquiries, bookings, and shipment status updates
• Coordinate with internal departments, carriers, and external service providers to ensure smooth and timely cargo operations
• Address customer complaints efficiently, providing quick and effective solutions to ensure a positive service experience
• Prepare and verify all required shipping documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and import/export paperwork
• Track shipments and proactively inform customers of any updates, delays, or issues
• Assist in preparing freight quotations and support rate negotiations with customers
• Maintain up-to-date customer records and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in the system
• Ensure full compliance with customs regulations, industry standards, and internal company policies
• Collaborate with the sales team by responding to service-related questions and supporting follow-up with clients
• Proactively seek areas for improvement in service processes to increase operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
