Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) in Singapore seeks an Air Export Operations specialist to coordinate end-to-end air export shipments from booking confirmation to final flight departure.

You will arrange cargo collection, consolidation, palletization, and warehouse operations, prepare export documents, liaise with airlines, ground handling agents, transport providers and overseas offices, monitor progress, resolve exceptions, and ensure KPIs are met.

Air Export Operations

Coordinate end-to-end air export shipments from booking confirmation through final flight departure.

Arrange cargo collection, consolidation, palletization, and warehouse operations to ensure efficient shipment handling.

Prepare, review, and verify export documentation, including MAWB, HAWB, commercial invoices, packing lists, and export permits.

Liaise with airlines, ground handling agents, transport providers, customers, and overseas offices to facilitate smooth shipment execution.

Monitor shipment progress and ensure timely departures in accordance with customer requirements.

Resolve shipment exceptions and provide proactive updates to customers.

Customer Service

Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding shipment schedules, documentation, and shipment status.

Ensure service quality and operational KPIs are consistently achieved.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.

Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
