Responsibilities

• Execute air export shipment bookings and operational coordination.
• Work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure shipment readiness and schedule compliance.
• Prepare and process air export documentation including Airway Bills, invoices, and permits.
• Communicate flight schedules and provide regular updates on freight movement and delivery status.
• Manage cost submissions, GST billing, and payment follow-ups within agreed timelines.
• Deliver timely and effective customer support to ensure service excellence.
