A boutique fashion brand in Singapore seeks an experienced Technical Designer to translate their artisan vision into production-ready garments. You will create Technical Packs, oversee fit and grading, and manage prototyping processes for the 2027 collection. You should have a minimum of 3 years in fashion design, experience with childrenswear, and proficiency in Adobe Illustrator. The role offers the opportunity to blend heritage crafts with modern design.
Dots and Dribble is an artisan boutique brand moving into an exciting new phase. After a successful run in children’s twinning sets, we are expanding our 2027 collection into sophisticated, “anti-cheese” adult and kids’ wear that bridges the gap between traditional Batik and modern, high-end silhouettes.
We are looking for a Technical Designer based in Singapore to help translate our artisan vision into production-ready garments. This is a freelance role starting with a strategy and sampling phase in April 2026.
A technical expert with a portfolio showing clean construction and thoughtful garment engineering.
Experienced in pattern making and grading (knowledge of children’s and adult sizing is a plus).
Appreciative of heritage crafts—you understand that working with Batik Tulis requires a different level of intentionality than mass-produced prints. Organized, detail-oriented, and based in Singapore for local fit sessions.
Minimum 3 years in fashion design, with a portfolio that includes childrenswear and technical tech packs.
How to apply: Please send your portfolio and a brief note about why you’re interested in heritage-meets-modern design to hello@dotsanddribble.com. Please include your estimated project rates or hourly fee.
