CHUN K CULTURE PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking hospitality staff to welcome guests, assist with check-in, take orders and serve meals, ensure rooms and venues are clean, and maintain safety with good conduct.

Join a non-halal dining concept at Funan Mall with fixed morning and night shifts, 6 days per week, 10 hours per day, and two meals provided. Training will cover service standards, room setup, and handling guest inquiries.

1. Customer Service

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival
• Escort guests to assigned rooms
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and feedback

2. Order Taking & Serving

• Take food and beverage orders (in-room or at counter)
• Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately
• Clear tables and rooms after use

3. Room Setup & Cleanliness

• Ensure rooms are clean and well-stocked before each use
• Replace microphone covers, sanitize surfaces, check equipment
• Report any maintenance issues

4. Safety & Conduct

• Ensure customer conduct is within house rules
• Alert management/security if guests are unruly or intoxicated

Working Hours:

6 WD per week (Morning Shift 1PM-11PM or Night Shift 8PM-6AM), 10 hours/day, 1 hrs break)
