Job summary

Brewerkz Group in Singapore is seeking a friendly waitstaff to greet guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks in a fast-paced restaurant near MRT stations.

You will work as part of a team to ensure timely service, maintain cleanliness, and uphold hygiene standards. The role offers a 5-day work week with staff benefits and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Greet, seat, and escort guests to their tables.
• Serve food and beverages to guests.

• Ensure all items are prepared and served promptly.
• Assist with setting and clearing tables for meal periods.
• Escalate customers' feedback to the manager on duty.
• Follow hygiene practices in accordance with safety standards.

• Report to the managers
• Greeting, seating, and escorting guests to their tables
• Staying attentive to the needs of the guests in the dining area
• Serving food & beverages to guests
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in work areas
• Preparation of service duties
• Offer friendly and efficient service to customers
• Provide menu recommendations to customers
• Process customer orders via Point-of-Sale (POS) system
• Ensure all items are prepared and served promptly
• Assist with setting and clearing table for various meal period
• Assist shift manager in planning and organizing special events
• Escalate customers' feedback to the manager on duty
• Follow proper hygiene practices in accordance with food & beverage safety and hygiene standards
• Any other duties assigned by the Superior
