Join as a Service Crew Member to manage reservations, handle transactions, promote menu items, and assist in sales while maintaining brand standards. Training will be provided, with weekend and public holiday shifts as part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in a food service environment.
• Good communication skills to interact clearly with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests to create a warm and memorable experience that encourages repeat visits.
• Manage reservations, seat guests efficiently, and respond to guest enquiries to maintain smooth front-of-house operations.
• Handle guest feedback professionally to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Promote menu items actively to support sales and achieve revenue targets.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Operate POS systems and perform basic cashiering duties accurately and efficiently.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced F&B environment, adapting to changing demands and busy periods.
• Maintain a presentable, well-groomed, and professional appearance to uphold brand standards.
• Work on weekends and public holidays as required to meet operational needs.
