Job summary

ST VENTURE EMPLOYMENT AGENCY is seeking a friendly F&B service associate to greet guests, take orders and ensure prompt service in a hotel setting near Bugis. You will maintain hygiene, handle requests and work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.

The role is full-time with a 6-day work week from 7am to 3pm. Training is provided if needed, and a meal is provided daily. Candidates should be able to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Previous F&B service experience is preferred, but training can be provided.
• Friendly, responsible and service-oriented.
• Able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• No OT

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve orders promptly.
• Set up and clear tables before, during and after service.
• Wash and clean cups, glasses and other service items when required.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and replenishing beverages, condiments and other F&B supplies when required.
• Ensure the dining and service areas are clean, tidy and properly maintained.
• Attend to guests' requests and enquiries promptly.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Maintain good hygiene and follow food safety standards.
• Work closely with kitchen and other service staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.
