Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and oversee daily production schedules to meet quality standards and delivery deadlines.
  • Hire, train, supervise, and motivate production staff. Manage employee performance, schedules, and development programs.
  • Implement and enforce strict food safety standards (such as HACCP and GMP), hygiene, and sanitation protocols. Monitor production runs for quality and make adjustments as needed.
  • Manage raw material and finished goods inventory, coordinate with procurement, and control production costs and waste.
  • Ensure production equipment is in good working order by scheduling regular maintenance and troubleshooting malfunctions.
  • Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement, cost reduction, and waste minimization.
  • Work with other departments like quality assurance, R&D, sales, and logistics to ensure a smooth workflow and to introduce new products.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience
  • Proven customer service experience, strong leadership, motivational and people skill
  • Understanding of current SFA regulations, (hygiene and health, and safety legislations.
  • Able to commit shift, weekends and public holidays
  • A team player with a positive attitude
  • Able to work under extreme pressure
  • Ability to delegate tasks.
