Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an F&B Operations Manager to oversee front-of-house operations at the Somerset location in Singapore. This role ensures smooth guest experiences, adherence to SOPs, and proper opening/closing protocols.

The position involves managing FOH staff, rostering, training, and daily coordination with kitchen operations to maintain table turnover and service quality during peak hours. Working hours are 10am to 10pm, five days a week, with meals provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in Front-of-House operations and guest service is preferred.
• Staff management, rostering and training experience preferred.
• Familiarity with local hospitality regulations (SFA/NEA) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FOH service flow and guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with service SOPs and company policies.
• Handle customer complaints as first-level responder.
• Supervise grooming, conduct and service standards of staff.
• Execute opening and closing procedures correctly.
