The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced F&B Operations Manager based at Somerset to oversee front-of-house operations, guest experience, and daily restaurant activity. You will supervise staff, ensure SOP compliance, and coordinate service timing with kitchen teams.

Role focuses on staff rostering, performance feedback, and maintaining high service standards during a 5-day work week with varied shifts. Working hours are 10am–10pm with meals provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in front-of-house operations preferred.
• Ability to handle customer complaints effectively.
• Experience in staff coaching and performance feedback.

Responsabilités

• Oversee FOH service flow and guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with service SOPs and company policies.
• Act as first-level handler for customer complaints.
• Supervise staff grooming, conduct, and service standards.
• Prepare FOH duty rosters and manpower allocation.
• Coordinate service timing with kitchen operations and manage peak hours.
