Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an F&B Operations Manager to lead front-of-house operations at the Somerset location. The role focuses on service flow, guest experience, and SOP compliance, with duties spanning staff rosters, training, and performance feedback.

You will oversee daily restaurant operations, coordinate with kitchen, assist during peak periods, and monitor service efficiency while ensuring regulatory compliance with SFA and NEA standards.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in F&B operations or restaurant management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily FOH operations to ensure smooth service flow and guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with service standards and SOPs.
• Handle first-level customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain staff grooming, conduct, and service standards.
• Ensure proper execution of daily opening and closing procedures.
• Prepare staff duty rosters and allocate manpower according to operational needs.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and discipline.
• Conduct on-the-job training for FOH staff.
• Provide feedback on staff performance during probation and monitor progress.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and service.
• Assist with frontline service during peak periods.
• Monitor table turnover and service efficiency.
• Supervise on-site takeaway and delivery operations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant SFA and NEA regulations.
• Enforce company policies and the code of conduct.
• Identify and escalation operational issues to management promptly.
