The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring a F&B Operations Manager for Somerset, Singapore. The role oversees front-of-house service flow, daily operations, staff rosters, and compliance with SFA/NEA regulations.

Salary ranges from $3,000 to $4,000 per month, with 5 working days and 10am–10pm shifts, including a breakfast and lunch break. On-site duties and hands-on leadership are required. You will supervise FOH staff, coordinate with kitchen during peak hours, and ensure smooth guest

Responsabilités

• Oversee FOH service flow and guest experience
• Ensure compliance with service SOPs
• Act as first-level handler for customer complaints
• Supervise staff grooming, conduct, and service standards
• Ensure proper opening and closing procedures
• Prepare FOH duty rosters and manpower allocation
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and discipline
• Conduct on-the-job training for FOH staff
• Provide probation feedback and performance observations
• Ensure smooth daily restaurant operations
• Coordinate service timing with kitchen operations
• Support service operations personally during peak hours
• Maintain table turnover efficiency
• Supervise takeaway and delivery workflow on-site
• Ensure compliance with SFA / NEA regulations
• Enforce Company policies and code of conduct
• Escalate operational issues promptly
