Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring for a Front-of-House Operations role based in Somerset, Singapore. Expect 5 days work with a 10am-10pm schedule and a 2.5 hour break, including provided meals. You will oversee FOH service flow, manage rosters, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities include enforcing SOPs, handling customer complaints, training FOH staff, and coordinating with kitchen during peak hours while maintaining service standards and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Act as first-level handler for customer complaints.
• Supervise staff grooming, conduct, and service standards.
• Ensure proper execution of opening and closing procedures.
• Prepare FOH duty rosters and manpower allocation.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and discipline.
• Conduct on-the-job training for FOH staff.
• Provide probation feedback and performance observations.
• Coordinate service timing with kitchen operations.
• Support service operations personally during peak hours.
• Maintain table turnover efficiency.
• Supervise takeaway and delivery workflow on-site.
• Escalate operational issues promptly.
