Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced F&B Operations Manager to oversee front-of-house operations and guest experience at our Somerset location in Singapore. The role requires managing FOH staff, ensuring SOP compliance, and coordinating with the kitchen during peak hours.

Working days are five, with hours from 10:00 to 22:00 and scheduled breaks. Basic salary ranges from 3,000 to 4,000 SGD, with service fee distribution available based on performance and company policy.

Qualifications

• Experience in front-of-house operations and guest experience management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FOH service flow and guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with service SOPs.
• Handle customer complaints as first level.
• Supervise staff grooming, conduct and service standards.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are properly executed.
• Prepare FOH duty rosters and manpower allocation.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality and discipline.
• Conduct on-the-job training for FOH staff.
• Coordinate service timing with kitchen operations.
• Maintain table turnover efficiency and pace during peak hours.
• Supervise takeaway and on-site delivery workflow.
• Escalate operational issues promptly and follow-up.
