The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an F&B Operations Manager to oversee front-of-house operations, staff management, and daily restaurant activities at a Somerset location in Singapore.

The role involves ensuring guest satisfaction, SOP compliance, and smooth coordination with the kitchen during peak hours. Responsibilities include rosters, attendance monitoring, staff training, and ensuring regulatory compliance with SFA/NEA guidelines.

Qualifications

• FOH service management and guest experience
• Supervision of staff grooming, conduct and service standards
• Understanding of opening/closing procedures and SOPs
• Experience meeting regulatory requirements (SFA/NEA) preferred

Responsabilités

• Oversee FOH service flow and guest experience
• Ensure compliance with all service SOPs
• Act as first-level handler for customer complaints
• Supervise staff grooming, conduct, and service standards
• Ensure proper execution of opening and closing procedures
• Prepare FOH duty rosters and manpower allocation
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and discipline
• Conduct on-the-job training for FOH staff
• Provide probation feedback and performance observations
• Ensure smooth daily restaurant operations
• Coordinate service timing with kitchen operations
• Support service operations personally during peak hours
• Maintain table turnover efficiency
• Supervise takeaway and delivery workflow on-site
• Ensure compliance with SFA / NEA regulations
• Enforce Company policies and code of conduct
• Escalate operational issues promptly
