We are looking for two Associates to support the Systems & Learning Business Unit. Selected candidates will be assigned to either the TMS & Data Analytics role or the TMS & Learning role based on their strengths and interview performance. Both positions involve providing operational support for the Training Management System (TMS), assisting with training projects, and ensuring smooth coordination of curriculum, systems, and data-related activities. These roles are ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, comfortable with systems, and able to work effectively with various stakeholders.

Role 1: Associate, TMS & Data Analytics

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, develop, and test Training Management System (TMS) functions.
  • Provide day-to-day operational support for TMS.
  • Monitor programme and instructor feedback, and support audit-related activities.
  • Perform administrative tasks to support the Systems & Learning Business Unit.
  • Collate, verify, and maintain training-related data.
  • Assist with data visualisation, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders on system and data integration matters.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Head, Systems & Learning.
Role 2: Associate, TMS & Learning

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the management of training curriculum, materials, and training footprint.
  • Assist with curriculum and content development.
  • Provide operational support for the Training Management System (TMS).
  • Handle administrative tasks for the Systems & Learning Business Unit.
  • Coordinate and monitor ongoing training projects.
  • Liaise with external partners on curriculum and project development matters.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Head, Systems & Learning.
Requirements (for both roles)
  • Minimum Diploma qualification.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
