TDCX in Singapore is seeking a Customer Support Specialist with Portuguese to support clients across the shopping and ownership journey. You’ll handle inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social channels, delivering exceptional service and timely resolutions.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of related experience, strong English and Portuguese skills, and a passion for customer experience in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Advanced English skills and native Romanian
• Strong customer experience mindset and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily customer relations to support client’s vision of providing world-class customer service across shopping and ownership journey.
• Acquire product knowledge to understand customer needs across products/regions and provide effective responses and solutions.
• Act as brand ambassador and maintain customer-facing excellence in line with client values and mission.
• Provide outstanding service across pre-sale and post-sale inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social channels; assist customers with mechanical or electrical issues when needed.
• Take ownership of inquiries and issues, ensuring timely resolution per KPIs and SLAs.
• Prioritize and relay customer feedback and feature requests to internal teams.
• Manage lead generation, delegation, and follow-up to ensure effective utilization.
• Identify process or product gaps and propose improvements to enhance productivity and customer experience.
