Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant for a flexible, part-time role. You will support daily HR operations and administration, including HRMS and payroll-related tasks.

The position runs Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with a ~3 day per week commitment, up to 1 year, start ASAP. Company transport is provided from Choa Chu Kang & Lakeside.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in HR support, HR administration or related functions.
• Familiarity with HRMS / payroll systems; Infotech System experience is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and HR practices.
• Experience with work pass administration would be advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support daily HR operations and general HR administration.
• Assist with work pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
• Support payroll processing, data entry, verification and reporting.
• Assist with HRMS-related administrative matters.
• Coordinate employee training, course scheduling and related administration.
• Support procurement of office stationery and pantry supplies.
• Assist with meetings, company events and employee engagement activities.
• Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and assist with ad-hoc HR projects.
