HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant for a flexible, part-time role in Singapore. You will support day-to-day HR operations, handle work passes, maintain records, and assist payroll and HRMS tasks while coordinating training and events.

The position offers a 3-day work week with weekday hours, company transport provided, and immediate start. Prior HR support experience and proficiency with MS Office are required.

Qualifikationen

• Prior experience in HR support or HR administration.
• Familiarity with HRMS and payroll systems; Infotech System experience is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and HR practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Able to commit for at least 6 months and start immediately.

Aufgaben

• Support daily HR operations and general HR administration.
• Assist with work pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
• Support payroll processing, data entry, verification and reporting.
• Assist with HRMS-related administrative matters.
• Coordinate employee training and related administration.
• Assist with meetings, company events and engagement activities.
• Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and ad-hoc HR projects.
