HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is hiring a TEMP / PART-TIME HR ASSISTANT in Tuas to support daily HR operations and administration. The role offers $14/hour and requires a commitment of about 3 days per week, with start immediate.

You'll assist with work pass applications, maintain employee records, support payroll data entry, and help coordinate trainings and HR events. A background in HR support and familiarity with HRMS is preferred; company transport is provided from Choa Chu Kang & Lakeside.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR support or HR administration.
• Familiarity with HRMS/payroll systems; Infotech System experience advantageous.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and HR practices.
• Able to commit for at least 6 months.
• Can commence immediately or on short notice.

Responsabilités

• Support daily HR operations and HR administration.
• Assist with work pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
• Support payroll processing, data entry, verification and reporting.
• Assist with HRMS-related administrative matters.
• Coordinate employee training, scheduling and related administration.
• Support procurement of office stationery and pantry supplies.
• Assist with meetings, company events and employee engagement activities.
• Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and assist with ad-hoc HR projects.
