Job summary

A global logistics provider in Singapore is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage daily route operations and coordinate delivery arrangements. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and familiarity with local routes, along with a Class 3 Manual license. Aramex Singapore is expanding and we are seeking Fleet Coordinator to join our Singapore team.

Responsibilities
  • To be responsible and maintain smooth operation for daily routes / adhoc trips

  • Liaise with customers via email on the deliveries arrangement and collection

  • Coordinate with customer’s request and responsible to arrange with operation team for deployment of routes

  • Coordinate with ground couriers on ground shipment pickup and deliveries

  • Attend to all complaints through email, tele-communicating, or verbal

  • Other adhoc duties assigned.

Requirements
  • Good communication skills and a team player

  • Must be familiar with Singapore route in order to assist in route planning

  • Possess Class 3 Manual license is a must

  • Required to perform shift work and work 5.5 days

  • Shift Timings:

Monday to Friday - 7:30am to 4:30pm & 1pm to 10pm (Alternate Shift Timing)

Saturday - 7:30am to 11:30am (Alternate Saturday)
