Job summary

Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a Showroom Assistant / Showroom Operations Executive in Singapore. This role supports daily flagship store operations, engagement with guests and events management aligned with Marketing and Sales strategies.

You will handle showroom visits (booked and walk-ins), manage CRM/SAP tasks, organize displays, assist with samples, and coordinate with suppliers to keep the showroom inviting and up-to-date.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation and client-centric approach.
• Interest in architecture, design and aesthetics.
• Excellent organization and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of SAP HANA is a plus.
• Able to lift and move showroom samples up to 10 kg.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide best customer experience.
• Manage showroom walk-ins and assist booked visits.
• Collaborate with business developers to increase flagship store traffic.
• Register appointments and follow-ups in the CRM system (Salesforce).
• Organize events (average 2 per month).
• Manage general inquiries via email/phone and support sales with samples and shipments.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and coordinate maintenance with suppliers.
• Update merchandising and marketing setup in-store.
