FLINTEX CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Flagship Store Manager in Singapore to oversee operations in the Flagship Store. Responsibilities include ensuring high standards in customer experience, managing showroom resources, and organizing events.

The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and Mandarin, possess strong customer-facing orientation, and have a passion for architecture and design. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a basic knowledge of SAP HANA are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing orientation and excellent client-centric approach.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin for communication with Chinese speaking customers.
• Passion for architecture and design.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of SAP HANA software is a plus.
• Ability to handle lifting of samples up to 10kg.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations in the Flagship Store.
• Welcome and engage guests to provide the best customer experience.
• Manage showroom walk-ins and assist the team.
• Maintain showroom to high Company standards.
• Organize and manage showroom's maintenance with local suppliers.
• Assist in organizing events (average 2 events/month).
