Job summary

Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Flagship Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, showroom activities, and events in line with marketing and sales strategies.

You will greet customers, manage showroom visits, coordinate with business developers to increase foot traffic, and handle inventory, SAP HANA orders, and CRM follow-ups using Salesforce. Maintain high showroom standards and support admin tasks and samples for sales teams.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Mandarin as the role may require dealing with Chinese speaking customers.
• Experience in retail, architecture or design showroom is a plus.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage every guest to provide the best customer experience.
• Manage showroom operations and visits, supporting booked appointments.
• Collaborate with business developers to increase store traffic.
• Register appointments and follow up in CRM systems.
• Maintain showroom standards, organize maintenance with local suppliers.
• Inventory management of marketing tools and samples.
• Process SAP HANA order entries from the local warehouse.
• Assist with events (average ~2 per month).
• Handle general inquiries by phone or email and assist sales with samples and shipments.
