Job summary

Flintex Consulting Singapore is seeking a Flagship Store Manager to oversee daily operations of the flagship showroom, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and support events initiatives.

You will manage showroom visits, coordinate with business developers to boost foot traffic, maintain inventory and merchandising, use SAP HANA where needed, and handle admin tasks and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Mandarin for customer interactions.
• Passion for architecture and design.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of SAP HANA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage every guest providing the best customer experience.
• Manage showroom walk-ins and assist booked showroom visits.
• Collaborate with Business developers to increase showroom traffic.
• Register appointments and follow-ups using CRM (Sales Force).
• Maintain showroom standards, clean and tidy, and coordinate maintenance with suppliers.
• Organize events (average 2 per month) and support related operations.
• Handle general inquiries via email/phone and assist sales team with samples and shipments.
