• Collaborate with business developers to increase showroom traffic.
• Register appointments and follow-ups in CRM (Sales Force).
• Maintain showroom in pristine condition and manage merchandising updates.
• Coordinate showroom maintenance with local suppliers and inventory.
• Assist with samples requests and storage; process local warehouse orders in SAP HANA.
• Help organize events (about 2 per month).
• Handle general inquiries by email/phone; support sales with samples and shipments.
