Job summary

Singapore Fintech Association (SFA) seeks a relationship-driven Membership Executive to own the member pipeline from prospecting to conversion and ongoing engagement.

You'll build genuine relationships across Singapore's FinTech ecosystem, understand company priorities, and match them to SFA memberships, events, and programmes.

This role blends outreach, data-driven reporting, and on-site presence at industry events, with a focus on delivering value to members.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in business development, account management, partnerships, or client-facing roles.
• Experience in FinTech, financial services, or tech ecosystem is preferred.
• Able to tailor messaging to different company profiles and seniority levels.
• Familiar with CRM systems; HubSpot experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective members across Startup, Corporate, and Partner tiers through events and networking.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand a company's priorities and challenges.
• Present and recommend membership plans based on prospect profiles and goals.
• Maintain pipeline records — leads, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions — in HubSpot.
• Build early relationships with members; conduct regular check-ins and connect to relevant departments.
• Attend events to network, represent the association, and enhance SFA’s presence.
• Track metrics: renewals, expiring memberships, churn signals, and re-joiner opportunities.
• Contribute to membership reports and pipeline updates for leadership.
