Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience in investment banking, strategic finance, or corporate FP&A.
• Ability to turn complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Prior experience in fintech, payments, or high-growth technology companies is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and reporting cycles.
• Prepare board and management materials.
• Work with product leaders to optimize unit economics.
• Support capital-raising efforts and prepare data rooms.
• Identify inefficiencies in finance systems and apply automation.
