Job summary

Singapore Fintech Association is hiring its first in-house technical hire to support three platforms: the SFA website, fintechinternships.sg, and the member portal. You’ll keep them running and build upgrades for members, students, and partners.

You will be the sole technical person in our Singapore office, reporting to the Growth Programs Lead, with guidance from a Kuala Lumpur engineering team. Over time, you’ll take on more day-to-day development and document systems for the team.

Qualifications

• Institutional or self-guided learning with demonstrable projects.
• Up to two years of experience building or maintaining web applications.
• Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript and a modern frontend framework.
• Ability to work independently, seek help when stuck, and communicate timelines clearly.
• Strong written communication for explaining technical work to non-technical colleagues.
• Comfort with remote collaboration and code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Maintain three platforms: the SFA website, fintechinternships.sg, and the member portal.
• Fix bugs, run maintenance, and implement prioritized upgrades with external partners.
• Keep HubSpot data consistent across systems and explore integrations.
• Translate requests into clear requirements, estimate effort, and update timelines.
• Document system architecture and workflows for cross-team knowledge.
