Job summary

Singapore Aquatics is seeking a proactive Membership Executive to grow and engage our aquatics community. The role oversees the full membership journey, from recruitment and onboarding to renewal, retention and value creation.

You will develop benefits, programmes and events, manage the membership platform, maintain data integrity, and collaborate with clubs, athletes and volunteers to build a vibrant, inclusive membership experience across Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, marketing, communications, sports management, events management, or related field.
• Experience in membership management, community engagement, CRM, events or marketing.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Good organizational and project management abilities.
• Experience with databases and digital platforms for administrative processes.
• Familiarity with membership management or event registration platforms is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to analyze membership data and translate insights into initiatives.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends for competitions and events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to grow membership base across key segments.
• Manage membership platform, applications, payments, onboarding, renewals and inquiries.
• Develop membership benefits, programmes and events that create member value.
• Build partnerships to provide additional privileges and experiences.
• Create engagement calendar and run member events and communications.
• Generate reports on recruitment, engagement, retention and demographics.
• Collaborate with departments to integrate membership activities into events and programmes.
