Job summary

Fusang in Singapore is seeking a proactive Corporate IT Assistant to maintain daily IT operations, deliver hands-on support, and manage hardware, software, and corporate networks.

You will handle onsite Tier 1/2 issues, IT onboarding/offboarding, Jira ITSM tickets, endpoint management, asset inventory, and knowledge‑base updates, while supporting day-to-day IT needs in a fast‑paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT, CS, or related field (or current student).
• 0–2 years IT support experience (internships count).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset.
• Fluent English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite Tier 1 and 2 hardware/software support.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding (accounts, equipment).
• Manage Jira ITSM tickets with timely responses and SLAs.
• Support endpoint management and software updates.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and assist procurement.
• Document procedures and update knowledge base.
• Assist with basic network troubleshooting and access control.
• Provide day-to-day IT support at the Singapore office.
