Job summary

Fuku by Momofuku in Singapore seeks an IT Support professional to provide first‑level hardware, software, accounts, network, printer, and service desk support for the office.

You will support Windows and Mac devices, mobile equipment, onboarding/offboarding, asset tracking, software installations, and basic security controls; issues are escalated to the Senior IT Executive when needed. Fresh graduates with strong networking fundamentals and a good service attitude are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Higher Nitec, Diploma, or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Studies, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of IT support, helpdesk, desktop support, or field support experience.
• Fresh graduates may be considered if they have strong networking fundamentals, relevant skills, strong communication ability, and a good service attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, accounts, network, printer, LarkSuite, Google Workspace, and application issues.
• Support Windows laptops/desktops, Apple MacBooks, iPhones, iPads, Android devices, and office IT equipment.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting, including LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, IP address checking, patching, and network printer support.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding, including device preparation, account setup, access requests, account disablement, and asset collection.
• Maintain accurate IT asset records, including device assignment, return, repair, warranty, and replacement status.
• Install approved software and assist in identifying non-standard or unauthorized software.
• Support basic endpoint security controls such as antivirus status, OS patching, device encryption, and local admin rights review.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the Senior IT Executive or the Regional IT Operations Lead.
