Scalable Capital is seeking an onsite IT Support Specialist for our Singapore office. You will handle end-user hardware, software, and access management, contributing to a secure and efficient IT environment for a fast-growing fintech.

The role covers MacOS/Windows platforms, Cisco infra, and central identity services. We value a proactive, service-oriented professional with experience in 1st and 2nd line support and familiarity with Okta and Workspace ONE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or IT training in a related field.
• Experience in 1st and 2nd level IT support.
• High sense of responsibility with sensitive data.
• Strong service orientation and quality awareness.
• Proactive, independent and solution-oriented work style.
• Familiarity with identity and access management (Okta) and endpoint management (Workspace ONE) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Setup, configuration and maintenance of laptops, printers, conference room equipment and other hardware.
• Administration of local infrastructure - MacOS, Windows, Cisco networking.
• Management of accounts and access rights (Google Workspace, VPN).
• Develop and implement IT infrastructure and processes for a growing company.
• Develop and establish centralized identity/authentication platform.
• Handle complex service requests at 1st/2nd level support.
• Create technical documentation and reports.
