Scalable Capital is seeking an onsite IT Support Specialist for our Singapore office. You will setup and maintain laptops, printers, and conference room gear, and administer local infrastructure including MacOS, Windows, and Cisco devices.

You will manage user accounts and access rights, contribute to central authentication initiatives, and handle 1st/2nd level service requests. Documentation and reports will be part of your daily work.

Qualifikationen

• BS/BA in computer science or IT field or equivalent
• Experience in 1st and 2nd level IT support
• Strong sense of responsibility with sensitive data
• Excellent service orientation and quality focus
• Proactive, independent, solution-oriented work style
• Experience with identity and access management (e.g. Okta) and endpoint management (e.g. VMware Workspace ONE) is a plus

Aufgaben

• Setup, configuration and maintenance of laptops, printers, conference room equipment and other hardware
• Administration of local infrastructure – MacOS, Windows, Cisco infrastructure (APs, routers)
• Management of accounts and access rights (Google Workspace, VPN, etc.)
• Development and establishment of a centralized identification and authentication platform
• Handle complex service requests for 1st/2nd level support
• Create technical documentation and reports
