You will train users, document service activities, and collaborate with internal teams on escalations. The ideal candidate has strong communication, customer-facing experience, and the ability to multitask independently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years IT field experience
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware & software
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proven track record in customer-facing roles

Responsibilities
