Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore seeks a Financial Controller to oversee all finance operations. Responsibilities include managing cash flow, preparing reports, and guiding the finance team. Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, possess at least 8 years' leadership experience, and demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills. Responsibilities

  • Lead full-spectrum finance operations, reporting, and FP&A activities.
  • Manage cash flow needs by coordinating with project, procurement, and subcontractor teams.
  • Maintain quarterly rolling forecasts and monitor budgets vs. actuals.
  • Review project costs, identify variances, and support management decisions.
  • Secure competitive insurance and bonds for projects.
  • Build strong relationships with banks, insurers, and regulatory bodies.
  • Provide financial guidance to internal stakeholders and support business planning.
  • Supervise and develop the finance team.
  • Prepare monthly management reports and handle ad-hoc tasks.
