About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst (Pricing) to work closely with regional bid teams and cross-functional partners to develop data-driven financial cases for outsourcing and managed service opportunities. You’ll build detailed financial models with multiple pricing scenarios that balance customer needs, competitiveness, and profitability.
You will prepare financial justifications for approvals, perform risk analysis, and provide insights that shape deal strategies and ensure alignment with company financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
Pricing Strategy & Financial Modelling
- Develop and lead comprehensive financial analyses for pricing options related to outsourcing and managed services deals.
- Construct detailed and flexible financial models that incorporate multiple pricing scenarios, sensitivity analyses, and profitability metrics.
- Ensure pricing proposals are aligned with both customer requirements and internal financial targets — balancing competitiveness with margin goals.
- Support bid pursuit by modeling different deal structures, payment terms, and contractual scenarios.
- Provide strategic recommendations on pricing approaches to maximize the likelihood of winning bids while protecting profitability.
Collaboration & Deal Support
- Partner with sales, solution architects, finance, and operations to gather inputs on customers and deal requirements.
- Present pricing strategies, models, and financial justifications to internal reviewers and senior management to gain approvals.
- Support bid reviews, negotiations, and contract finalization processes by providing financial insights and documentation.
- Partner with commercial teams to assess financial risks related to contract terms and clauses.
Process & Risk Management
- Manage and update pricing tools, templates, and financial databases to maintain accuracy and improve efficiency.
- Conduct risk assessments by identifying and quantifying financial risks in bids and proposals.
- Recommend risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans based on your risk analysis.
- Ensure pricing processes comply with internal governance, approval workflows, and industry standards.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years’ experience in financial or pricing analysis.
- Advanced Excel financial modeling skills.
- Good understanding of cost structures, pricing methods, and revenue recognition.
- Ability to interpret commercial and contract terms in financial models.
- Knowledge of pricing standards, market analysis, and service industry accounting.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Comfortable working in diverse and multicultural teams.
