Job summary

bmg hospitality pte. ltd. is seeking a Finance Systems & BI Manager in Singapore to drive AI-enabled finance across multiple entities. You will oversee automation, OCR workflows, intercompany activity, and management reporting, while ensuring control, audit trails and timely statutory compliance.

The role emphasizes cash-flow forecasting, variance analysis, and actionable insights through dashboards, with a structured OJT track on multi-entity finance processes and AI-enabled tooling.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting, audit, or financial operations.
• Experience leading AI-enabled, multi-entity finance functions is a plus.
• Ability to translate finance needs into dashboards and automation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate finance workflows across multiple entities.
• Manage invoices, journals, reconciliations and intercompany transactions.
• Leverage OCR, automation rules and AI-assisted review to cut manual processing.
• Validate AI/OCR outputs and investigate discrepancies.
• Reconcile bank, cash, card, POS and operating balances.
• Provide forward-looking cash-flow visibility to management.
• Alert about cash shortages and upcoming commitments.
• Prepare P&L, balance sheet, cash-flow and variance analysis.
• Explain variances and recommend actions.
• Handle disputes, chargebacks, supplier/customer issues, and payments.
• Oversee intercompany charging and consolidation as the group grows.
• Translate finance needs into dashboards and automation specs.
• Participate in user testing of finance tools.
• Maintain audit trails and approval controls.
• Coordinate GST, audits and year-end with external advisers; prepare grant, incentives and training-support documentation.
