Job summary

BMG Hospitality is seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to support growing hospitality operations in Singapore. You will maintain accurate financial records, prepare management and statutory accounts, and work with auditors and tax advisers.

The role requires cloud-first finance tools, strong Excel skills, and the ability to lead a small finance team while driving cost controls and profitability analysis across hotels and F&B units.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting/finance required.
• Experience with IRAS, GST and statutory reporting.
• Hands-on in preparing full sets of accounts and audits.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and annual P&L, balance sheets and cash flows.
• Produce monthly management accounts and reports for management.
• Maintain full sets of accounts for operating entities.
• Coordinate IRAS submissions including corporate tax and GST.
• Work with external auditors for interim and annual audits.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable; monitor cash flow.
• Develop budgets, forecasts and variance analysis.
• Implement finance controls and SOPs as the company grows.
