Job summary

Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Digital Finance Business Analyst to join the Digital Finance and Systems team. You will collaborate with Finance stakeholders, developers and data engineers to redesign processes and implement automation using RPA, Power Platform, AI and data analytics.

The role combines business analysis, process improvement, automation delivery and AI enablement to drive valuable finance outcomes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Business Systems or Finance.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, digital transformation, automation or process improvement.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and UiPath.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance users to understand processes, challenges and outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for process simplification and transformation.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and drive improvements.
