Job summary

MINDSG LTD. seeks a Senior Manager to lead finance and staff data initiatives, ensuring robust systems and governance across departments in Singapore. You will drive data strategy, analytics, and automation while coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

The role emphasises project management, system implementation, and adherence to compliance, data quality, and AI-enabled improvements to optimize reporting and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Good degree in Information Technology or Human Resource Management.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in Project Management, managing end-to-end of a HRIS project.
• Candidate should be familiar with HR processes, software and tools, and Cloud infrastructure environment.
• Knowledge of database systems, Software as a Service (SaaS).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Implement finance and staff management systems and oversee implementation plan.
• Identify strategic and operational needs for finance and staff management systems.
• Synthesize organisational requirements within budget constraints and present business cases.
• Manage RFP processes for finance and staff management systems and evaluate vendors.
• Ensure compliance and governance for implemented systems and data integrity.
• Lead data migration and integration initiatives across systems and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and Vendors on testing, training, and rollout.
• Provide technical solutions and maintain productive relationships with Finance/HR teams and vendors.
