Job summary

Changi Airports International Pte Ltd seeks an Assistant Manager, Digital Finance Business Analyst to join the Digital Finance and Systems team in Singapore. The role focuses on automation, AI, and data analytics to transform Finance operations.

You will partner with Finance stakeholders and developers to translate business needs into scalable solutions, deliver automation, and enable AI-powered finance processes. 3-year contract with renewal options may apply.

Qualifications

Degree in any discipline, preferably IT/Business/Finance.
At least 3 years in business analysis, digital transformation, automation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and UiPath.
Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Partner with Finance users and stakeholders to understand processes and outcomes.
Suggest process simplification, standardisation and transformation opportunities.
Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and drive improvements.
Prepare AS-IS and TO-BE process documentation and solution designs.
Identify automation opportunities using RPA, Power Platform and AI.
Translate requirements into specifications ensuring security and IT policy alignment.
Collaborate with developers through the solution lifecycle and testing.
Support Generative AI adoption and data analytics initiatives.
Onboard new data sources into the Data Platform and analytics programs.
