bmg hospitality pte. ltd. is seeking a Finance Systems & BI Manager in Singapore to drive AI-enabled finance across multiple entities. You will oversee automation, OCR workflows, intercompany activity, and management reporting, while ensuring control, audit trails and timely statutory compliance.
The role emphasizes cash-flow forecasting, variance analysis, and actionable insights through dashboards, with a structured OJT track on multi-entity finance processes and AI-enabled tooling.
BMG is redesigning finance beyond bookkeeping and month-end reporting. The Finance Systems & Business Intelligence Manager will combine accounting control with multi-entity reporting, AI/OCR workflows, automation, exception detection, cash early-warning systems and management intelligence.
Maintain accurate finance workflows across BMG operating entities.
Manage invoices, receipts, journals, reconciliations and intercompany transactions.
Use OCR, automation rules and AI-assisted review to reduce manual processing.
Validate AI/OCR outputs and investigate exceptions, duplicates and missing information.
Continuously reconcile bank, cash, card, POS and operating balances.
Maintain forward-looking cash-flow visibility.
Alert management early to expected cash shortages and upcoming commitments.
Prepare management P&L, balance sheet, cash-flow and actual-versus-plan reporting.
Explain significant variances and recommend actions.
Handle financial disputes, chargebacks, supplier/customer discrepancies and payment issues.
Manage intercompany charging and consolidation as the BMG group expands.
Convert finance requirements into dashboard and automation requirements.
Participate in user testing of BMG finance tools.
Maintain audit trails, approval controls and fallback procedures.
Coordinate GST, audit, year-end and statutory requirements with external advisers when required.
Preparation and maintenance of documentation for relevant government grants, incentives and training-support claims.
Maintaining IRAS-ready records for BMG's internally conducted employee training programmes, including invoices, attendance/training evidence, cost allocations and supporting schedules for applicable tax deductions/incentives.
Tracking deadlines, eligibility, supporting documents, reimbursements/tax benefits, audit trails and allocating benefits to the appropriate BMG entity/cost centre.

The selected candidate may undergo up to 24 weeks of OJT covering multi-entity finance, AI/OCR, automation, dashboards, management intelligence and cash early-warning processes.
Candidates may come from accounting, audit, accounts executive, financial operations, administration or related finance backgrounds. Applicants who have strong accounting foundations but have not previously managed an integrated AI-enabled multi-entity finance function are encouraged to apply.
