Financial Operations & Accounting
- Oversee day-to-day accounting functions including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare, review, and post journal entries, accruals, and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare and submit periodic GST returns in compliance with local tax regulations.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and timely financial records.
Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Support management reporting, financial analysis, and performance reviews.
- Assist with audit processes and liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and banking partners.
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Support the annual budgeting process and periodic financial forecasts.
- Monitor budget versus actual performance and analyze variances.
- Provide cost control insights and expense analysis to support business decisions.
Compliance & Internal Controls
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax laws, and internal policies.
- Support the implementation, review, and enhancement of internal controls and standard operating procedures.
- Assist with statutory filings and regulatory reporting requirements.
Business Support
- Partner with cross-functional teams on finance-related matters.
- Support system implementation, upgrades, or improvements related to ERP and accounting systems.
- Participate in ad-hoc finance projects and support management initiatives as required.

Education, Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5–10 years of relevant finance or accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
